another E antibody question ANY DOCTOR PLEASE HelpFrom: stephanie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 30 May 2002 10:48:46 -0500 (CDT)
After my last birth...three healthy children, followed by 2 early miscarriages...no dNC, then healthy baby boy...used heparin, progesterone and baby asprin, I was told after birth they found Anti E antibodies...I have some more questions to be answered... IF My husband doesn't have these antibodies how did I get them....I did have a subchorionic bleed...rather large...with last pregnancy that absorbed itself. If in my next pregnancy and hubby doesn't have these antibodies in his blood what are the chances of my baby having this and it causing problems. I am so so scared, don't want to lose another baby. I have a peri appt. soon and talked to her briefly on the phone but have questions left unanswered. She said you get it by exchange of sperm...bodily fluids and births. Well if my hubby doesn't have them how did I get them. PLease help!!! Did the miscarriage cause them, did the subchorinic bleed cause them...what does this mean for me later on....thanks...I know your time is precious and I appreciate you hellping me so I don't have so much worry.
