Meg, I'm sorry you're so stressed-out. I remember being in your shoes many years ago, it's really scary. Unfortunately, early pregnancy symptoms are very similar to PMS, so it's hard to tell from your symptoms what is going on. Another thing you should note is that implantation bleeding can sometimes look like a light period, so if you've only had one period in four months.... Either way, if your period is already a few days late, take a test. Preferably a sensitive one like the First Response Early Result, just to be sure. You can get it at any drugstore, but they can be pretty expensive. If the test is negative and you still don't get your period after a few days, you may want to test again, as false negatives are much more common than false positives.
