A new law will go into effect on Sept. 1, requiring insurance companies to pay for certain fertility treatments. It only applies if you are covered under a group plan that has presciption drug coverage(not Medicaid, individual insurance plans, or self insured companies). It only applies to NY residents 21-44 and only covers drug treatments. I hope this helps.
