Hi There, That BP is classed as normal, lower normal, but normal. Thing is, if you usually have a higher BP, it can make you dizzy. Try drinking lots of fluids...mainly water and don't get up to quickly from sitting etc. Often a womans BP will drop in the mid trimester, and then goes up a little more in the last.
