I've seen about everything, and this is unusual, but not unheard of. I doubt it can progress normally.

Well, probably, but you just have to wait and see a bit. Once the pole is seen, then I would expect appropriate growth and a heartbeat in a week.

It hasn't been normal, it has been delayed. It doesn't sound good. . .
