I think many new moms worry about something happening to their babies. It is a normal reaction both while pregnant and with a newborn. I spent many of nights making sure my son was breathing. I do not know the statistics on still birth but I think with good prenatal care and excellent technology the rate is fairly low. Best wishes for you and your new son.
