almost 38 weeks and concerned about growth

I am 37w4d pregnant with our first baby. I received dexamethasone shots at 32 weeks for contractions, but labor was stopped, thankfully.

I have read that a side effect can be a small lag in growth of the baby after shots and in the post natal interum.

Fudal height was a week or so behind last week, and baby hasn't dropped and about 3/5 of head can be palpated with 2/5 attempting to engage. so is probably not due to that.

Have had lots of heart burn, and am a petite person, seem to have been carrying baby low all along, but little fluid and am being told am carrying 'all baby'.

I have never had the sensation of baby's foot under my ribs etc...although I have LOTS of movement else where....

should I be concerned that I am not feeling his legs pushing under my ribs..is this a sign of poor growth? or normal variation??

I am just very concerned that something is going to go wrong...
