Getting pregnant on short cyclesFrom: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 14 May 2002 23:17:30 -0500 (CDT)
I have had difficulty in the past with LPD and cycles of 26-27 days. I had 3 miscarriages and only low P4 level abnormal. I then used clomid which did wonders for my progesterone but not my lining and had 2 implantation failures using clomid. I did manage to achieve a pregnancy on the cycle following a clomid loss and that cycle was 27 days and I used aspirin and progesterone suppositories. I would like to now start to ttc again but my cycles are even shorter now 24-26 days. I would really prefer not to go the injectable route if at all possible. Is there anything I can do to lengthen my cycles and strengthen my leutal phase that does not run the high risk of multiple births? Would progesterone supplement alone work on a cycle as short as 24 days? Thanks for any suggestions.
