No need to worry. The soreness does go away as your breasts adjust to the changes they have went through. My soreness went away at about 3 mo. so about where you are now. And I am told that due to a lot of colustrum leakage I am now experiencing, I have good chances at having an abundance of milk as I plan to breastfeed as well. So just keep in mind that your hormonal changes do settle in and make things better for you in that case. And congrats on your little addition.
