With my second pregnancy I had twinges on my right side for the entire first trimester. My doctor said it was the corpus luteum. If it gets suddenly worse, call your doctor ASAP but I bet it's the cyst supporting the pregnancy. They can be quite large and tender. It will resolve as the placenta takes over at the end of the first trimester.

The twinges made me feel confident that all was going well with the baby. :)
