The same thing happened to me when I was pregnant....There is a large section of bowel right there which takes a sharp turn, and if you are the slightest bit constipated or gassy....the combination of that, and the baby being right there can make you downright miserable. If constipation isn't an issue, try laying on your left side...it usually helps expel gas for whatever reason! Good luck with your baby!
