I have my first sonogram next week and was told that I have to drink 32 oz. of water an hour before my appointment and not go to the bathroom. The only problem is, I have to go to the bathroom at least once an hour, even if I drink only a little bit. I tried to drink a 20 oz. bottle the other day, and couldn't even drink all of it. Is there any advice out there on how to accomplish this?
