I was in my 24 weeks of pregnancy when a sharp pain occur. The doctor said I had 11.9 cm of ovarian cyst in the right side. I endured the pain for 12 hours, they gave me pain killer. The next morning, the pain almost gone. Doc send me home and said to wait before any surgery. I don't feel much or less pain for a week now. Will my cyst continue to grow? If it safe to have surgery at the second trimester? If there any kind of medecine to help? Will the cyst disappear at this stage? Please help.

Thank, Maly
