Some women have been known to go for 6 months or more without their periods when annovulatory. It's impossible to say. Of course, you may be referring to annovulatory bleeding, but there is no set time that this could occur either. CD24 isn't that long, though I can understand how it could be frustrating. You should check out Fertility Friend as it has a annovulatory chat forum and some of those women are on CD34 or CD49 etc... and still waiting for O.
