Worry a little, but an incompetent cervix is not that likely. If you
are going to worry, then now is reasonable. A baseline ultrasound for
cervix length and an exam would be reasonable, unless it has been done
already.
If you don't have a previa by now, you probably won't. The ultrasound
around 18 to 20 weeks will be more certain.
