2 Quick CLomid questions for the Doc

Hello. I started CLomid this past month 50 mg days 5-9. I was on CLomid last year and conceived on the 3rd round. (chemical pregnancy) I had zero side effects from the drug. I am on cycle day 30 and AF showed up this morning.

Here are my questions: This month I had left ovarian pain after i ovulated that lasted about 8 days or so, i stopped feeling it a few days ago. I felt the pain a couple times a day, not a horrible pain, on a scale of 1-10, maybe a 3. Does this sound more like ovarian enlargement from the clomid or does it sound like a cyst? If it was a cyst wouldn't i still feel it? Is some ovarian enlargement normal with Clomid?

The other question was this time around the Clomid completely dried up my cervical fluid. I had zero CM. If it had that effect on me does tht mean it also had an anti estrogenic effect on my endometrium too? My flow appears the normal heavy flow for a cycle first day, but now i am spooked.

I wish i could just go on a low dose of pergonal and i wouldnt have to worry about the estrogen part. Do any OB's prescribe it or do i have to go to an RE? The RE in my area charges 4 times more for an office visit and insemination than does my OB, and my HMO PPO doesnt cover this.. Thanks, jackie
