Ladies and doctors, when does the redness fadeFrom: Andrea (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun, 5 May 2002 15:51:42 -0500 (CDT)
I had a planned c/s 10 months ago. I did not have any numbness, infection or any leaking/oozing from the insicion. My stomach is flat (no over-hang). It looks like a 4 and 1/2 inch white pencil line (very thin) then it is red all the way around it. I was told it may take up to a year to turn all white. What are the chances this will suddenly turn white in the next 2 months? What are your patients scars like at the 1 year apptointment?
