The inherent dating error range at 22 weeks is at least 2 weeks, so you are well within the range of error of the test. Remember, babies are not identical, and the farther into pregnancy you go, the more natural variation there is. These are not Volvos after all, but people, and are as individual as any other people. A weeks difference in size at 22 weeks is insignificant.
