Baby early or just big?

I just had an U/S at 22 wks. The lady doing the U/S said the baby measured about a week bigger than my due date. I tracked signs and temps and I know exactly when I ovulated, so that's not the discrepency. I know there is no sure way to predict, but is it more likely that my baby will be born a week early or that she will be bigger than average? Just trying to schedule my leave of absence ;-) Is there any cause for concern about the baby's size (the lady kept remarking on it to the point of making me a little nervous)?

BTW, I am quite small and have gained weight at the recommended rate. My first was born on her due date at 7lb 11oz (but she is smaller than average now).
