Frightened and sad

Hi. I recently had a day 3 FSH and E2 test that came back within the normal range. My E2 was 26, where at my lab anything above 19 in the follicular stage is normal, and i was told that in fact, a low E2 at this point, along with a normal FSH in the cycle is terrific. I ovulate on my own. However i just read "the Fertility Book" by Richard Marrs', and in it he said that a woman must have an E2 baseline amount of 40, even on day 3 or else she is experiencing Hypothalamic Pituitary Dysfunction. How can that be if my lab states that at least 19 is normal, and i ovulate fine?

Also, I am on Crinone gel because i have had 2 recent early miscarriages, (my doc also thinks the clomid will help with that too) and while my doctor and i know that the Crinone may or may not help, he feels it will. Anyway, i am 10 days post ovulation, and i always have cramps by now sginaling that my period will start in 5 days, i usually get the very mild cramps 5 days prior to my period. So then i started getting hopeful that maybe i was pregnant, but then it just dawned on me....im not getting them because of the progesterone, right? The progesterone is keeping me from having the premenstrual cramps. I just wish getting pregnant, or rather staying pregnant came to me as easily as it did the rest of my family. :( Julie
