I am not sure about the markers, but I think there are "non-toxic" ones out there, similar to what my kids use, that would be better. For presentations I use PowerPoint. I haven't written on flipcharts or whiteboards for years, although depending on the type of meeting (brainstorm sessions for example) you might have to. When everyone sees my handwriting, there's usually a volunteer to take over the job! Good luck on the rest of your pregnancy and put your feet up when you get home!
