Oaky so I guess I will post this again leaving out the confusing part:

I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago at 9 weeks. It was natural no D&C. My hormones are just about back to normal. My question is how important is it to not become pregnant before my first period. Are the issue just dating of pregnancy or is it other risks (ie. hormonal) Thanks
