I am currently 24 weeks pregnant. I have had a breast reduction 6 years ago. For last couple of weeks I have noticed this yellowish/white color hardened substance on my nipples. I can't really call it discharge b/c it's not liquid form, it is more kind of hardened and looks like little crystalized balls sprouting out of nipple in different spots.When I shower it usually washes off. Is this normal? What is it? Does this have any correlation with whether I will be able to breastfeed or not after the reduction? Thanks-
