Terrified about RH factor - please help

I am ttc our first baby. I had a miscarriage last year (about 8-10 weeks, no d&c). At the time, I had no idea that my blood type mattered but I have recently learned about the RH factor and I am terrified that I was not offered the Rhogam shot.

I called my doctor but she didn't seemed very concerned, saying that there is a low risk of sensitization with a first trimester loss. I am having an antibody test this week but I am losing sleep in the meantime. I have researched for 2 days and found several clinical studies that estimated the risk of RH sensitization after a first trimester loss or termination at about 3-6%, which gives me great hope. Does that sound about right or am I doomed since I didn't get the shot?

Thanks so much.
