Oxtail ok to eat during pregnancy?

I wonder whether oxtail is ok to eat during pregnancy. I heard that oxtail is very strong (like ginseng) and good for man so I think it's not good for woman (if good for ying then not good for yang and if good for yang then not good for ying, according to Chinese medicine). I am in my first trimester and last week I ordered a small stewed oxtail lunch from a Jamaica food restaurant. I would like to know if this is of any problem. I really hope not! Thanks very much for your help!!
