I have jsut had my second ultrasound to monitor my bicornuate uterus. I am in my 20th week.

On the ultrasound the technician was making comments about the size of my baby's belly and chest. She made it clear she was joking but I am having reservations and concerns. I have the picture wiht me and the chest looks like it has been blown up with air.

My question is: Is this normal, and what could causes this. I didn't know if it was a normal unproportional thing in baby's in the womb. Could this be a sign of a large overwwight baby?

Please help em ease my concerns.

Thank you
