You say March 12th first day period which means around 24th-26th you should of ovulated, they say check around 2 weeks past the time expect your period..if you have a regular period (day 28 of your cycle) that should of been on April 8th. Some people with irregular periods have expected period on day 30 to day 40 or even longer. I would say do another pregnancy test between April 22nd-26th then if no positive test and no period I would ask your doctor to do a blood pregnancy test. Blood test are better than urine test for those who hormones are on the low end and hard to show up on urine stick plus blood test can detect pregnancy sooner than a urine stick can. If you dont want to wait and do another urine test..ask your doctor to do a blood test and check. Its nice to now at the doctors office for 1)If you do a pregnancy test at home at the doctors office they will give you another, so why ot save your money and just wait and have the doctor give you a test 2)you can get your vitamins at the same time and 3)set up your appointment to get started on your pregnancy journey. Good luck! Angel
