The only way to really tell is by a vaginal ultrasound. I haad the same problem, I even had my papsmear done and I didn't know I was pregnant, now counting back from the ultrasound it, I was three weeks when I had my papsmear. Who knows, I don't get my period on a regular basis and my last one was 7-25, so go figure. But so far the pregnancy is going by the ultrasound and I am 26w now. So see if you ob will do one, they should in your circumstances. And congrats on your blessing.
