If this is your first child you may not really show right away as your abdominal muscles are strong and closer together then a women who has had children. The position of the baby can factor in. If it moves toward your spine or down low you may look smaller from one day to another. Fluid retention may also may make you show a little more. I know it is hard to not worry when you have experienced a loss but at 19 weeks you are over the hurtle of ectopic and the risk of loss at this point dramatically declines. I wish you the best.
