Clomid can increase progesterone which improves the uterine lining, but it can thicken cervical mucus, interfereing with sperm. However, if you are having intrauterine insemination than this doesn't matter since your doctor is placing the washed sperm directly into your uterus >

Robitussin doesn't thin the uterine lining, it just thins the cervical mucus
