If your asthma is out of control you are at risk for a serious attack. The risk to your baby if you can't breathe is a lot worse than the very small amount of medication that enters your bloodstream from a maintainance inhaler such as Azmacort. Thousands of women, including myself, have delivered healthy babies while taking asthma medication. More frequent use of your rescue inhaler is a sign of worsening asthma- listen to your doctor. > >>I am currently 10 weeks pregnant.
