Discharge and bacterial infection

I have been to the doctor twice with a yellowish/green colored discharge. The first time the doctor looked at the discharge under the microscope and said it was bacterial vaginosis I was about 10 weeks pregnant then and he put me on Zithromax (Z-pack)I took that and it did not work. The next week he looked at the discharge again under the microscope and did a wet prep said I did not have any infection that my cervix looked a little irritated thought it might be coming from the progesterone suppositories. He also said that it could just be normal for me to have this discharge because of pregnancy hormones and that type of thing. He said he would put me on another antibiotic just incase. I took Augmentin 875mg for 5 days (not sure why he didn't give it to me for 10 days) The color cleared up but within 6 days of finishing the medication the same yellowish colored discharge is back. Monday I called and told the nurse about the problem. She talked with the doctor and they put me back on Zithromax. Not sure why they did this since it did not seem to help the first time. I am now 13weeks 3 days and don't have another appt. until April 25th. I am still having the colored discharge and a little crampy (have been crampy all through the pregnancy) have had 3 ultrasounds all showing a strong heartbeat last one was 2 weeks ago. I tried to call the doctor today to get a different medication and let them know what was going on but they are not in today. Is it ok to wait until my next appt or should I call back Monday? Is this discharge something to be worried about?
