Worried about Toxoplasmosis from undercooked chicken

I had a chargrilled chicken sandwich and at the end of it I realized that part of it was a little bit pink, not in the middle of the sandwich but at the end. It was hard for me to tell wether or not it was just the color of the chicken (because it didn't look raw) or if it may have been a little undercooked. Im wondering if I should talk to my dr about a toxoplasmosis test for this...and if so, how long does it take for it to show up?

Also, I believe the chicken was marinated, I dont know if that makes a difference in killing the bacteria.

Im pretty worried about this.

Thanks.
