I'm not a doctor...but I've read a lot of books about pregnancy lately and it says you should only do what you feel like doing. Exercising might help you feel better and it might be better to do it in the late afternoon rather than the morning. I never got morning sickness, not ever with my recent, which I lost at 18 weeks due to amniotic band constriction. But walking helped me feel better - when I was exhausted and tired. Good luck!!!
