I am 8 weeks along and am now queasy most of the time. I usually do 20
minutes of fast walking on a treadmill several times a week, but lately
have felt too ill to do any exercise. I then feel guilty because I read
that you are supposed to continue exercising when you are pregnant. So
my question is, should I force myself to exercise when I don't really
feel like it, or should I rest?
