Re: 20 week ultrasound.From: LaurieB (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 8 Apr 2002 12:12:38 -0500 (CDT)
I had my ultrasound at 18 weeks and they measured everything (took about 1/2 hour) and I even got to see what sex my is (boy). Due to age and in vitro, they wanted me to have an amnio and we compromised on the triple screen and ultrasound. Everything apparently looked good because they are now treating me as a normal pregnancy instead of high risk since then. So my guess is that they certainly got a lot of information at 18 weeks so I would guess that at 19w3d verses 20w they will still be able to get lots of info. Good luck! Oh and by the way, it was so cool seeing the baby's face, arms and legs!
