My girlfriend recently had a change in menstration. Or so we think. She missed her period, which has never happened before, and it scared her. She took a HCG pregnancy test which turned out negative, and our fears subsided to thinking she was just changing her cycle. Then, 3 weeks late, she started bleeding, which only lasted 2 days. It was very heavy and accompanied by major cramping. She still feels sick and is not herself. Is this a normal occurance for pregnancy, or is it a possible occurance for a change in cycle. Or should we just go in to find out? Thanks for your time.
