Does implantating late cause a higher risk for miscarriage?From: Alison (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 4 Apr 2002 19:13:12 -0600 (CST)
I had what I thought may have been implantation spotting at 11 days past ovulation. I have never had mid cycle bleeding except when I was pregnant in November (it ended in miscarriage). Right now I'm 14 days past ovulation, and this morning I got a negative pregnancy test. Did I test too early or am I definitely not pregnant? And if I am pregnant is it bad that I haven't gotten a positive yet? Someone told me that the later implantation occurs the higher the chance for the embryo not surviving. Thanks to anyone who can answer!
