swelling in feet and face/lower back pelvic painFrom: angela (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 3 Apr 2002 21:42:17 -0600 (CST)
Hi, I am having a problem with swelling in my feet and face. It is made worse of course by any standing but is also apperant at nigh and while I am lying down. I get really pinkish blue feet and the kind of burn from the inside out. And are very hot to touch. My bp is great so far but heart rate has been a bit higher that my doc says is normal but she is keeping an eye on that. I forgot to ask her about the swelling at my appt on monday. I had eclampsia with my last pregnancy so I am concerned. I am currently 18 weeks. I have also had sharp pians in my very low back. Almost feels like where my back and pelvis meet Off side a bit. It radiates down my leg and up my back but It does not feel like the same siatica I had last time. Could this all be due to a circulatory problem? I know swelling is very normal but It seems odd to have it so badly while sleeping at night Thank you
