Hi! My name is Hollyann btw. lol Sometimes i go by holly and others call me ann in real life so i am sorry for the confusion on my name! :) Ok, it is my belief that egg whites are safe to use because i feel that the vagina is so acidic in nature that it kills off the germs. I know i had zero problems with their use. WHat i did was take 2 eggwhites from eggs, right out from the fridge and put them in a bowl, and then inserted them with a vaginal plunger and then my dh and i BD"d right away and i conceived that night, as i know i didnt ovulate til 4 days later based on my BBT's and CP, and CM drying up. Anyway we only BD"d that one night and we conceived my son. I had zero EWCM that month and there is no way that sperm couldve survived 4-5 days without my eggwhites. Good luck with using them. At the time i got pregnant 3 years ago i knew of 4 other women on my parentsoup.com ttc boards that conceived at that time using the eggwhites as well. Good luck to you! holly
