Hi, this same thing was one of the first problems I posted with when I was 8 weeks. If you do a search on the archives under "loss of symptoms" you'll come up with a lot of other women's experiences. The docs say over and over again that it's very common for symptoms to fluctuate. Mine went away for about a week, and then I went in for my first exam at 9 weeks and the doc did an ultrasound-- and there was our baby, safe and sound and with a great heartbeat! By the way, I'm now 34 weeks and she's doing great! Call your doc and ask for an ultrasound to put your mind at ease. Good luck!
