Sandy, There is sperm in pre ejaculate, so if you had unprotected sex, you could definitely get pregnant. "Pulling out" is not an adequate form of birth control. If you don't want to get pregnant, see your MD about your options for birth control. If not in a monogamous relationship, always use condoms, even with another form of birth control to protect against STD's, which include Herpes, HPV, and the deadly one, HIV/AIDS.
