For the past day I have been feeling a slight burning/pinching feeling in my pelvic floor area. It almost feels like the start of a yeast infection, but I'm not sure if it's something else. Should I call my ob today (Easter) or should I wait until tomorrow morning? I'm just about 23 weeks. Thanks.
