Thanks Dr. Shanahan. with my diet I am able to maintain a blood sugar level of below 120 but my fastings are still above 100 but below 105. My doctor said I still don't need insulin. I'm a bit worried. One more question, are ultrasound results infallible when it comes to detecting a neural tube defect even if the AFP test is normal?
