I have been spotting during mid cycle and my basal body Temp still around 98, I also have been experiencing lower back pain and some cramps. I had intercourse during that time too. My concern is that I had the same thing happening to me last month and ended up spotting for 13 days then I had a strong period for 5 days. Could I have had a miscarriage last month and I am about to have another one again. Oh and I already went to the Doc and checked my blood and everything looked normal. Please explain I am getting really depressed about that
