it is best to have sex on the side from which you are ovulating. Without ultrasound, you won't know -- so try having sex the day of ovualtion on hte right, and the next day on hte left (or vice versa)

you can have some spotting form the empty uterine horn

if you mean ovulate 2 different time,s the answer is no. Occasionally you may ovulate more than one egg and they could be from different ovaries >
