For Fadette - Morning-After Pill

Nice way to interject a sly, religious reference. I suppose if I was any less of a Jewish woman, I would be slightly offended. But no harm done!! My disagreement was in the "cure-all" attribution. It's true most women probably don't have the hyper-fertility that seems to run rampant in the women of my family. But...I really think prevention and education is key. I'm pretty sure we're on the same page - just have different views. The important thing is they both support effective birth control.

Anyway, I wasn't quite as unlucky as it seems, Fadette. You see, what you are attempting to achieve with your preconception visits, I later did so. I'm due in 9 weeks with a very healthy baby boy. So, I wish you luck and hope you are as fortunate in your quest. If this is an attempt for your first, I wish you all the happiness that I myself have found in my own journey these past few months. Best wishes to you.

>No, I didn't miss your point. No form of birth control is 100%
>effective; even abstinence supposedly failed once about 2002 years
>ago... :)

>However, 70-75% efective is better than just hoping for the next period
>to come. As I said, it's an emergency remedy.

>I'm sorry you were one of the unlucky ones.
