But sometimes we have to take into consideration other factors, like your emotional wishes. I've had 3 mc -- the first I had a D&C because I was on call a lot and didn't want to miscarry when I ws supposed to be taking care of other people. The second I did naturally -- and had to cancel office hours when I started miscarrying. I took 1 day off. The thrid I had a D&C because I was doing 4 surgeries the next day and then going out of town. It didn;'t matter how it happened, it all sucked equally.
