Conflicting test results -- your opinion please

As anyone who has seen my previous posts will know, I had a positive IgG CMV titer on 2/25, 13.6, with 1.1 positive. On 3/7 I had a positive IgM titer of 2.57 with 1.1 positive. I went to another lab on 3/18, and my IgG was positive at 119.7 (with positive of 10 or greater), but my IgM was negative at .64 (positive at 1.1 or greater). Saw the MF, and he says that the first test may have been false positive, with IgG cross reactivity, and suggested 1) do nothing or 2) have an amnio at 17 weeks. I would like to avoid the amnio if I could get a confirmatory that this was indeed a false positive. I asked to be tested again from the original lab, and also for a urine culture and was told no.

Do you feel that this could have been a false positive, and if I can get my new OB to have me tested again by the original lab, and its negative, that I'm "in the clear?" Would a urine culture even be accurate after this period of time?

Could a IgM titer go from 2.57 to a .64 in 11 days? Also, is it too simplistic for me try to compare the two IgG numbers, by noting that they are both roughly 12 times greater than the reference positive?

Your suggestions please.
