The following is a response from Dr. Montgomery to a poster questioning frequent intercourse around the time of ovulation. I have heard over and over again that every other day is the best for ttc--even on here. But this post says that theory has been disproven and that every day is better. Now what?? Joy Vanda, The optimal frequency is once per day. This allows for adequate recovery of hubby's count. More frequent events amount to diminishing returns, except on pleasure of course. The old every other day thing has been disproven... Lynn
